What should I pack?
Upon arrival, you will receive a training kit to be used during daily sessions (two per day) and other activities.
We recommend bringing:

Training equipment: volleyball shoes, knee pads, sports socks

Mosquito repellent

Hoodie and long pants for cooler evenings

Sunscreen
-
Swimsuit, flip-flops and pool towel

Personal medications (if required)
🚫 Video games and valuable electronic devices are not recommended.

Can I stay in the same room with a friend?
Yes. During registration, you may indicate roommate preferences, which we will be happy to accommodate whenever possible.

How are groups formed?
Training groups are created by our staff based on age and skill level.
Our main goal is to form balanced and homogeneous groups, allowing coaches to deliver high-quality technical and tactical training while always maintaining a fun and engaging environment.

Where should I report dietary needs or individual requirements?
Any dietary requirement or individual need (intolerances/allergies) must be reported during registration, using the dedicated form.

Is a medical certificate required?
Yes. A valid non-competitive sports medical certificate is required and must be issued by your personal doctor.
Alternatively, a copy of an existing valid sports medical certificate held by your club may be provided (please note that certificates are valid for one year).
If an athlete is undergoing medical treatment, all medications must be handed to IZ Volley Academy staff together with:

the medical prescription

a written authorization from a parent or legal guardian for administration

Phones and valuables

Phone use is regulated by staff.

IZ Volley Academy is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

The stay is all-inclusive; money is only needed for small personal expenses.

We strongly discourage bringing valuable items (necklaces, bracelets, rings, etc.), as the Academy cannot be held responsible for loss or damage.

Transportation
Transportation to and from the Academy venue is the responsibility of participants.
For those arriving by train, bus or plane, we offer shuttle services from the following locations:

Perugia (airport / train station / coach station): €30 round trip

Spoleto (train station): €30 round trip

Terni (train station): €30 round trip

Rome (Fiumicino Airport / train stations): €50 round trip
Use of this service must be requested via email at
